Large, open and bright great room leads out to deck and porch. Living room with gas fireplace, master bedroom with great views and large bathroom. Beautifully landscaped yard. 2 Bicycles for guest use. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's). This home does not provide linens and towels. Please bring your own or call us to rent them.

  We enjoyed our stay at Assateague Breeze. The views were amazing! The screen porch was relaxing. The beds were comfortable. We had an plenty space to stretch out in. Our family has 2 adults and 2 teens. The teens were happy to have their own rooms.
  Only complaints are that we had ants in the kitchen and the road to the house was a bit bumpy.

  We had a lovely time at Assateague. It was perfect for us. The house is at the north end of the island and away from the main and Maddox streets. Every room has water view but the house doesn’t have water access. House had everything what we could want for a stay. We left a note in the guest book. Pros: location, cleanliness, views of sunrise and sunset, bay and breeze, all the facilities in the house, ample space and well equipped kitchen. Cons: toilet overflowed 2nd day, instructions for cable/DVD outdated, no beach chairs or umbrellas, ants and loads of them/ difficult to cook. Mgt depends on who you talk to, some are super and some not. Originally wanted to book another house but most reviews complained about mattress, mgt lady said she doesn’t read reviews and no plans to change anything. They don’t visit the page and house.

  Great house for our family of 6 and one toddler. Everything you need is here in this home. Love the screened porch and easy access to launch a kayak. Roomy but kitchen is tiny. After a season of rentals, the carpet is need of a good cleaning. No beach chairs were there. One twin had no support so was hammock-like but would probably be OK for a child. Nice newer appliances. Would stay there again. Check-in and out was easy and pleasant.

  Hello - we loved Assateague Breeze. The screened-in porch was a perfect gathering spot - fantastic water views (many birds), and a fabulous breeze. We did not see one mosquito! We had 6 adults, and 2 small children (3 and 1). It was nice to have water access for our kayaks - would have been better to have direct access. Overall, everyone had a great time.

  Wonderful home stocked with everything one needs for a stay on Chincoteague. On quite north end of the island with wonderful views of the surrounding bays but disappointed with lack of water access.
