Grand views of the Chincoteague Bay with large front screened porch and decks off both levels. Very quiet and serene location with good waterviews from the yard. Great home for larger groups or reunions. 1st level bedroom, fireplace and outside shower.. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's). Pet friendly home. $75.00 (per pet) fee will be added on to your reservation. Linens and Towels Provided.

  We enjoyed the location of this property and thought there was plenty of space to enjoy family time. The only issue was the large amount of dog hair in the home. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

  overall pretty happy, did feel kitchen needs a bit of a boost....some basics. Super glad to be able to have part of our fur family along, did have issues with the sand burs in the lawn, ouch!!

  "A Summer Place" is very nice and comfortable. It was clean and in good shape. The location is good in that it is quiet and away from traffic. The rental management staff were very helpful in resolving an A/C issue with a previous rental property. If we vacation in Chincoteague next year, we will most likely consider "A Summer Place" or the availability of a comparable rental.

  The property is in a good location. It is very large and has plenty of furniture It has some water views and there is a balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms. Unfortunately the screened porch is on the front of the house so you cannot see the water from there.
  It is well equipped, however we had to wash everything that we used as nothing seemed to have been washed; dirty pots, stained coffee cups that washed clean. We had to call the day that we arrived to have the bathrooms cleaned
  It is advertised having 2 futons for the bed listing but one is on the front screened in porch.

  A Summer Place is in a country setting with lots of privacy and room to play outdoor sports for the whole family. We just about lived on the screened in porch. It is a great vantage point for bird watching. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is comfortable.
  It has been a very nice experience for our three generation family.
