  For the most part this place was great. Very roomy with a great view. Only recommendation is to bring your own pillows and linens. They provide them but were not the best. Sheets wouldn't stay fitted to mattress and pillows were hard. Simple fix though. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

  My family and I were well pleased with Bay Breeze. The unit was well beautifully decorated as well as comfortable with a "homey" feel. We have stayed with several realtors and homes all over the island for the past 20 years. This condo definitely makes the top 5 list!
  2 Suggestions: For Harbour Rentals; consider allowing travelers early admission for extra fee as your competitor does. It makes life easier for those who wish to arrive early and avoid traffic.
  For the home owner; TV room sofa mattress is pretty tough...perhaps just a good quality blow up mattress for teens!

  We rented this through Vrbo, although many condos in this unit are managed by Harbor Rental which books through VRBO. Well, after booking and getting confirmation from Harbor Rentals (who were serving as owners), we were told that original condo owners were in the condo. They gave us another unit which was the same, but has sofa bed, instead of regular bed, in the 3rd bedroom. We agreed and somehow managed. However, we got delayed in reaching there (reached around 2 am). Harbor rental didn't leave any instruction on how to get the key and were not picking up emergency phone. We finally called the police who managed to reach them. Condo that we got (similar to this) was beautiful and nice. However, cleaning person did not leave enough toilet papers and harbor rentals told us that we were supposed to carry our own paper good! Didn't think toilet paper was part of paper goods!
