Beautifully furnished and well-appointed spacious three-bedroom duplex in a quiet, private setting. Comfortable screened-in porch, open deck and back patio overlook wetlands. Well-stocked kitchen with counter seating. Amenities include central air, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer and gas grill. The living area features a gas fireplace. High speed internet and three tv’s with Firestick or Roku. A short walk to the community pool and close to the fairgrounds. Three-night minimum in off season. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's).

  Everything was ready and bery clean when we arrived. The bathrooms had soap and toilet paper which is always a nice touch. The rental has a good location an easy walk to the fairgrounds and a good bike ride to the park. The open floor plan and master suite downstairs make it nice for two families to share the house.

  we had stayed at this property before it was perfect from the top to the bottom, super clean. this go around not so, i understand this year about the virus, but the house ws not cleaned properly. right away when we give the keys over the realtors got upset because we had something negative to say. then donet ask for a survey if you want it to be all positive. we wait all year to come to your island for a vacation and should not be treated in that matter. We have told so many people about your island and how they should visit. And the best part was no email was sent regarding no be able to use the pool. what if people wanted to cancel because of that. we had children with us. So, don't know we we will use harbour realty again. needs to have better communcation with their renters.

  Home is very lovely! Rooms are larger than appeared in photos. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, dishes, cook wear and gadgets. Development is quiet which made for many relaxing evenings on screened in porch. Parking is limited to small vehicles only, no space to park boat/trailer etc. All staff were very nice and professional even the landscaper. Very welcoming!

  What a wonderful place to spend a family vacation! We have visited Chincoteague many times and stayed all over the island, but this rental was our favorite so far. Our kids loved the clean and spacious pool and we enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and comfortable house. Our favorite spot was the screened porch. The house is quite large and beautifully furnished and decorated. When we arrived, we even were greeted by a quite generous, special treat. We will definitely be back!
