  The house was comfortable.. Had an excellent kitchen. The only thing I would say about the kitchen equipment is that there are no instructions about the dishwasher. It worked but it has a three hour cycle. Other than that ,it was a comfortable place to stay.

  House is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need from great comfortable beds to beautiful decks overlooking the bay with great sunrises on one side and sunsets on the other. The layout of the house is very nice with lots of privacy in the bedrooms. The three bathrooms was definitely a plus with a party of seven. The quietness of the location was wonderful. Highly recommend to all, you will not be disappointed.

  The house was as described and almost perfect for our week stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. There was a small glitch with the air conditioning but it was addressed and resolved within a day. The deck, laundry area, kitchen size, and outdoor shower area were great perks. There was a lot of small ant activity, particularly on the first floor. The youngest member of our party had a startling allergic outbreak of hives that caused concern for the first two days, but it was controlled with an increase in his allergy medication. It was unsettling because the cause was unknown. Based on the dog hair in the broom, we are guessing it was a reaction to a previous occupant's pet.

  The freezer did not work, the cleaning crew missed gum on a head board and the bedroom with a queen bed was never cold and the fan was very loud. The overall house was beautiful. It needed some maintenance repairs such as a shelf broken in the second floor bathroom closet and a wall dent on the second floor.

  The size and layout of this home is absolutely wonderful, and accommodated our family of eight extremely well. We enjoyed the sea-related themes and artwork throughout, and the view overlooking the channel was pleasant and peaceful. The kitchen is very well-appointed, had everything we needed, and the availability of beach chairs and sand toys was a great asset.
  As others have noted, ants were an annoyance, and the freezer was unreliable. We were slightly disappointed that when the propane tank for the grill ran out, we would have had to take time to replace it ourselves.
  Overall, our stay at Channel Breeze was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this property to others.

  Out family loved this house. Large enough to accommodate everyone with space to spare. The freezer would work and then not work. We lost 14 steaks because they froze and then unthawed and refroze. Costly. They did come to take a look but at that point it was working. Upstairs was a bit warm. Also had an ant issue. We swept the floors daily to keep the problem at a minimum. Overall a nice place.

  We love the location and the house in general but all those steps are not for the elderly. To bad we can't find something in the area with the same number of bedrooms and baths but less steps getting to the main floor. The grandchildren and friends love being so near the dock for crabbing!! We will continue visiting Chincoteague and using your rental agency as both are superb.

  The house is clean, well equipped and an easy walk to Maddox Boulevard restaurants and shops. The way the house is laid out is ideal for a family or
  for four couples and the separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs is a plus. I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the deck listening to the birds. Just be mindful the house is up on piling so there are a lot of stairs to climb with your belongings!

  This was our second year in a row to stay at the Channel Breeze Home. We loved it so much the first time so we stayed here again. Very good possibility that we will make it back for a third time.
  We had four couples and it is amazing, you are never falling over one another. It is largeenough for everyone to have their own space. Very clean and in a great area to go any direction. We absolutely loved our stay here.

  This property has a very generous amount of room both inside and out. We had two families plus live together for and entire week and enjoyed every minute. Everything within the home was like new.
  The location is central to a lot of places that we visited and it was great to have a place to just come back to in the evening and relax. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Chincoteague Island, it was a dream!
