Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

  The house was perfect.Clean + cozy! We loved the sunroom, so we got to utilize that everyday since our stay wasn't too hot. The pullout couch and rollaway bed weren't too comfy, but we managed. Will definitely stay here again.

  Our Island Escape Townhouse was exactly as pictured and totally met our needs. It was roomy and close enough to walk to town. It was very clean and well maintained. The sun room was a bit warm while we were there but it didn't bother our son and he spent a lot of time in it. The location was great for us also as other family was staying nearby at Tom's Cove Campground and it was close enough for us to visit back and forth. We would definitely recommend this townhouse to friends and family.

  This place was so wonderful. We absolutely loved the sun room and I think we just stayed and relaxed in there the whole time. The place was clean had a wonderful layout. The kitchen had all the tools you needed if you wanted to cook a good meal. We plan on staying here again!

  Very nice and relaxing. My family stayed here last year and really enjoy this place. we would definitely be interested in buying if available. The only issue this year was bathroom wasn't very clean and trash piled on top of outside garbage (by previous tenant) can got ripped open overnight. But realtor took care of it.

  With COVID, were not allowed to check in earlier as have done in the past , siting it was due to extra cleaning efforts.. I can attest that NO additional cleaning was done. Shower wall soap scum was visible and air vents fuzzy. Can’t see that EXTRA cleaning was done.

  Townhouse was comfy and relaxing. We loved the games and decor, especially the artwork. Good location and and well supplied with essentials. Lovely Sunroom was very nice in the morning and night but unbearable during the day. Our family had a great time, as we always do in Chincoteague, even with the cancelled Pony events!
