  We have a family of 4 and this condo was perfect. It is dog friendly, but we didn't bring our dog. But it was very clean and one would not think it to be pet friendly. The screened porches were lovely. The yard in the back was spacious and the dock was fun to go out on and watch the wildlife or do some crabbing. Would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion would be adding some pots/pans/bowls.

  The location of the property is very good, an easy walk to town and an easy drive to Assateague. We were put off by the decor in the living room and no light or lamps in that room. Moving around the furniture helped a bit except for the lack of lights.

  We spent a week in this townhome and enjoyed our stay. The upstairs screened balcony is wonderful, and the view out over salt marsh and the water of Deep Hole is spectacular--those things alone were worth the not-so-lovely view out the other side of the property.
  
  We would not have booked this place if we'd known the exact address in advance and could have viewed the location on a satellite image map. So we were surprised (not pleasantly so) by the fact that the minigolf on Maddox Blvd adjoins the property on the side opposite the marsh--it's literally just a few feet away across a narrow stand of reeds. This means that in season, you should be prepared for constant music blaring through speakers, bright lights at night until closing time, and people noise. We dealt with it by keeping all windows, curtains, and doors on that side of the unit closed at all times. Whoever sleeps in the bedroom on the side overlooking the minigolf best not be a light sleeper!
  
  Besides the beautiful upstairs screened porch, we also would have happily used the screened downstairs porch with picnic table, except for the huge hole in the screen that was there when we arrived. Although someone had attempted a makeshift repair by hanging a loose piece of screen over the hole and tacking it down in a couple of spots on the woodwork overhead, that did nothing to help because the breeze blows the piece of hanging screen back and the many hungry mosquitoes from the adjoining marsh come right in.
  
  Even so, despite the minigolf and all that goes with it, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this place again. The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped for a vacation rental, and there are nice "beachy" touches throughout the property that make it really inviting. Also, the location is convenient to everything the island has to offer. This place would be good for a small family with children, since the island's amusements are mostly within walking distance, as are many eateries

  The property was a perfect fit for our trip to Cinocteague and Assateague.
  It had the amenities that we need and plenty of room. We loved sitting on the screened in balcony which gave us a nice view of the canal and bay. The sunrise was beautiful from there,also.
  We found that there was plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distances. We could walk to the main district but could catch the trolley right near the road just a block from the townhouse. I would return .

  The rental unit was very basic. Reminded me of a frat house. The carpets were dirty and old and mattresses had stains on them. The kitchen did have some newer appliances/gadgets that were not common and probably not needed like a citrus juicer. Minimal effort put into this place like simple things like hangers or even lamps in the bedroom or living room. When we got there the living room floor was sandy. The view was spectacular! And there were no dog smells at all which was a relief. Nice porches and there were crabbing supplies and a kayak.

  We have been renting this house for many many years now. This was my mom's favorite place to be with our family. We lost my mom to cancer just a few months ago. SO this trip was tough but important that we do. We love everything about our trip to the beach. Wonderful location, and so family friendly. The fishing this year was amazing and so was the crabing. We know we will be coming back again next year. We would encourage some new frying pans and the stove is no level but who cares, it is time with our family! There was no cable TV so that was a bummer but again went spent most of our time riding bike, fishing and swimming. Thank you to the new owners for allowing us and others to rent their home.
