  We had an overall very good stay. The house was nice and comfortable. It was the perfect size for us, with 4 kids. It’s air conditioned with window units and does not have one in the living room or kitchen which makes those rooms a bit warm. A fan can help with the living room but not as much in the kitchen. I wish there was a washer/dryer but we were able to manage. Location is nice, to my children’s approval it’s right next to a giant playground and easy access to town and food on the island, close to everything.
  
  Additionally we had a minor emergency during our stay and the management company handled everything very quickly and professionally. Would stay there again.

  Nice screened in porch and good location. The floors slant a lot due to age of the home. The microwave takes a while to heat things. No central air or heat (but they had window units and free standing radiators). Plastic blinds on windows don’t do much to keep out morning sun so we were all up pretty early. Property was clean but dust collecting on blinds could be wiped. Some of the blinds are not fully functional (broken wands).

  I had stayed in Miss Niccies 15+ years ago. It has seen a lot of TLC since then and was very pleasant. It was a nice walk downtown and a short walk to the Island Creamery. I was there for a retreat and enjoyed being able to do some writing at the dinning room table, do some reading in the living room, and then sitting on the pleasant porch. Place was clean and pleasant. I hope to be back next year.

  This house was just fine for 3 of us. 1 bathroom is an occupancy limiter for me. Laundry equipment would be handy.

  upon arrival vacation house Miss Niccies was well kept and clean. Quaint little vacation spot located on a quiet street. Large lawn area to the side and behind property. Would rent again.

  Cute house. Could have been cleaner. I don’t think the area rugs were swept. There was clothes in the bathroom from the previous guests. Also not having a washer and dryer is not the easiest.
