  This house had that old world charm that we found adorable. Location was excellent for bike riding to beach and walking to stores, ice cream or microbrew.

  Our favorite part of this house is the location- we were able to walk to restaurants, ride our bikes to the beach, and stroll down for coffee at one of several local shops every morning. Our teens appreciated being within walking distance tof the go-carts and mini golf. The street was pretty quiet and felt safe. We also spent hours on the front porch, just relaxing.
  The washer and dryer are large and efficient.
  There was also plenty of room for our family to spread out and have privacy when needed. It is not a fancy house, but felt like a bit of island history.

  This house is very nice on the outside but the inside needs work. The house is NOT level at all!! the door ways are very short. My husband in 5'9" and hit his head on the door entry into the kitchen area. The kitchen as very minimal amount of utensils and cook ware. The bathrooms are both off the kitchen on each side. They need a lot of work. The claw foot tub room was very odd to take a shower in. It sets up way too high for a shower. The window a/c's need upgraded. However, I love the Island and the company so my only complaints are about the house.
