  No paper products when we arrived (TP, paper towels, etc.) No dish soap or dishwasher tablets. Some basic kitchen implements were not present. Large ight rear burner on stove not working. Upstairs bathroom door sticking in an obnoxious manner
  
  HOWEVER, the dock was a big hit with the family. The two front rooms have windows with screens and were very nice in the mornings especially.
  
  Because of the location, especially the dock, I would stay there again.

  I have stayed in many rentals on the Island over the years. This year was West Haven and while no frills it fit every need. Harbour Rentals also is my favorite rental agency in town. If you were to have an issue they are they will make sure to correct it asap.

  We stayed on West Haven and it was perfect for our group. There were 8 people total, all females, and we had plenty of room. The house had everything we needed and was close to the shopping and dining areas. It was also close to Assateague we were able to see the wild ponies when we traveled there. Great place with a beautiful water view and a quiet neighborhood.

  The West Haven suits our family's needs well. We like the little room at the back of the house. We drop all of our beach bags and the cooler there as we come in. We like the size of the kitchen, since we cook most of our meals when we are at the beach. There is plenty of counter space. To be honest, though, the stove needs to be replaced; I am not sure how many years it has been since that front burner worked! We especially like the two living rooms at the front of the house. We use one room for puzzles (we bring our own table) and the other room for computers. We can chat and work while we watch the gorgeous sunsets! In addition to a stove, we would vote for new mattresses and an outdoor shower! The bathroom sinks were totally stopped up when we arrived, but Harbour Rentals took care of that right away.

  We have rented this unit for several years now, and there is still the same issue w/ burners not working on the stove top. This year the AC seemed to quit for a day, but started working again before I reported it ... so I guess there was just a hiccup in the unit. Love the location and the dock ... makes the other issues not seem too important, but a working stove would be nice.

  Great location, especially with its own dock. My husband enjoyed fishing off of it most nights of our stay. Cute, cozy and spacious house had everything we needed. Only complaint would just be more of a concern with the condition of the blinds. Some were broken or nearly broken, would hate for a guest to get the blame when they should probably just be replaced. Otherwise the house was perfect and we hope to book a stay here again if there’s ever availability! Seems to already be booked through October, not surprised! Thank you, Harbour Rentals!

  Probably 5th time staying at the West Haven and have always enjoyed our time here, But the house is getting a bit dated. Had problem with the plumbing, and the kitchen really needs an overhaul. The stove is usable but not much above that. Bedrooms and living/sitting rooms are nice and comfortable. Really does have a lot of room for it's size, and the dock across the street is a big plus. The location is great. We will be staying somewhere else next year.

  The house was charming and in a good location for what we were looking for. It was beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed being able to take our folding chairs we brought and sit on the lawn by the water to watch the amazing sunset. There was ample room for many a family. We were just 2 people this time but would come back with the whole family in the future. The house is laid out to enjoy the water view with lots of rooms for quiet enjoyment as well. We were glad there was wifi as we had a work emergency and were lucky to sit in the sun room working while we took in the vast beauty of the morning. The house is close enough to town for food and ice cream:)
