Luxury Waterfront Condo will delight you with it's vast waterfront views and stylish decor. Overlooking the channel and also offering expansive views of the quaint town of Chincoteague Island. Lovely 3rd floor unit with water views from every room. Nice spacious layout with 3 nice size bedrooms and master bedroom suite privately located at one end of the unit with Jacuzzi tub and waterfront balcony. Two additional bedrooms at the opposite end of the unit share full bathroom. Spacious great room with 13' ceilings and 40' waterfront balcony. Additional amenities include pool area, exercise room, outside shower, elevator and WiFi..   We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was absolutely perfect and the condo worked great for our family. The pool was key to surviving the heat! Like the other reviews, I would say the only downside was the outdated / small televisions. Also key to note that they do not provide any towels or linens so be sure to bring your own.

  My family had a great time at this condo. The location is fantastic as is the pool. It has a great layout with two rooms on one side, living space in the middle and master on opposite side. Kitchen had everything you could need, well stocked. Really good view from the balcony as well. There were a couple of things that did not bother us
  but might bother others. The biggest is the beds. They are hard and old. If you need a comfortable bed then beware of booking this place. The second was the TV's. Laughably small. We spent most of the time outside and our kids brought IPAD's so again didn't bother us but the TV's are the size of small computer monitors. Overall I would book this exact same place again but it could use some updates.

  Very nice views and location. Very spacious and clean but small TV in living room and TV in master bedroom was also small and didn't work. No TV's in any other bedrooms. One bedroom did not have a closet which was weird. Beds were not comfortable, very stiff and hard. Livingroom furniture could use an upgrade as only one comfortable couch, rest were wicker and very uncomfortable.

  Very nice. The condo was clean, well kept, and comfortable. Very convenient to shopping and easy biking distance to the refuge and beach. We would stay here again with no hesitation.
  
  Necessary maintenance wasn't worth calling in; there are just a few minor issues: 1) the MB and Living room sliding doors to the balcony don't all lock - adjustments are necessary. 2) the master bath ring towel holder was pulled out of the wall - needs to be repaired. 3) both bath tissue holders need to be reset. 4) two of the can lights (kitchen and master suite) are out.

  Spacious and clean this rental was everything we needed for our family and dinner guests through the week. Right in the thick of the islands activities either a short walk or bike ride away. We were able to crab and fish right on the dock of the complex which was great for blue crab and flounder. The furniture is a bit tired the televisions are comically small and the soft seating could be more comfortable. But other than that ... we loved it and would come back again

  The condo had a great view and the balcony was used every evening. The furniture was thrifty, not comfortable and was laid out awkwardly. The master bedroom dressers were more decorative than functional. I an guessing that the housekeeping staff was short as it needs some deep cleaning. The carpets were filthy and covered with throw rugs. If it were my place, I would replace all the flooring with something easier to care for such as LVP. I would also invest in advice from an interior designer and upgrade living and dining room furniture.

  The property was very easy to find, especially with the directions given by the rental agency (the main roads were busy, and they told me how to get there off the beaten path - very helpful). It helps that the weather was perfect, but the condo was very nicely located for views, sounds, and relaxing. The only negative was that the cleaning crew did not do a great job.
