  Despite having a small hurricane during our stay, we enjoyed our vacation. The number of bedrooms and all of the rooms having queen beds was perfect for us. The location in Oyster Bay is perfect. My family enjoyed crabbing and the screened porch was a wonderful place to sit, especially for dinner. Unfortunately, the hurricane blew out some of the screens on the porch and they were not replaced during the remainder of our stay. We plan on returning next year.

  The property is lovely and an ideal location for families with young children. Our 3 grandsons enjoyed riding their bikes throughout Oyster Bay and fishing, crabbing and just plain having fun.
  
  While the house is nicely furnished, it could use a few more basic supplies. Items like a can opener in the kitchen did not work, no crab mallets (we had to buy our own).
  
  Also, the boat trailer in the driveway was a problem. With 3 cars among us, that trailer was always inn the way.
  
  Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful back deck and spent many pleasurable hours there.

  We have been coming to Chincoteague for over 30 years and this is the first time using Harbour Rentals.The house is in a perfect location and was large enough to accommodate five adults and a toddler. Three of the four bedrooms were very spacious and from upstairs, you could not hear the noise of other houses, so it was nice and quiet. There were some things that kept it from being five stars. The cabinet under the kitchen sink was coming apart, the trash had not been removed when we arrived, the toaster was broken, and although there were five bikes advertised, only three were in working order, which was disappointing. Also, there should be a supply of trash bags available.

  I stay overall was very nice at the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house made me feel very welcoming, though I can't say that I was crazy about all of the family pictures that are throughout the house. The screened in porch was very enjoyable. There were a few issues with the house. First, when we arrived at the property we couldn't figure out which door to use the key in to open the door. There is a door below the house and one on the left side of the house. We tried the one on the left side of the house on the middle level. When we put the key in nothing turned and thought we wouldn't be able to get in the house. Lucky for us we went to the back of house, up the steps, and someone had left the one sliding door open to get in the house. We later found out that when you put the key in the door at the side of house, you have to wiggle the key to open the door. We also reported to the office that the ceiling fan on the porch wasn't working correctly. We pulled the cord for it, it turned on, and then the pull cord fell off leaving it running. Someone from the office came and turned it off. The final issue was the bikes provided with the house. There were five bikes. They appeared to have not been used for a while and had rust on them. Also, the tires on all of bikes were low on air. We rode two of the bikes and took them to "Fun on Wheels" and they put air in them. Also, they told me that the handlebars on my bike were put on backwards. If we stay at the house again, we most likely will go and rent our own bikes. Finally, the shower off of the master bedroom did not work correctly for me. When you adjusted the water on it, it was either to hot or to cold. When you put the knob in the middle setting, where I wanted it to be, no water came out.
