  Overall the place was fine. My favorite part, me being a bird watcher, was sitting at the balcony windows the first morning,(during rain storm), watching the ducks, herons, and egrets feeding and drifting by. 2 hours and 2 cups of coffee later rain stopped and we were off to explore. Perfect morning. Only complaint was the living room TV. Very difficult to navigate. Frustrating. Glad I brought a good book. Would visit again. Never had contact from rental staff, although I did call with a question.

  We come to the shore every year but this is the first time we used this company. Everyone was kind and helpful. We arrived sooner than originally planned and even though it was very last minute they let us have the property a day earlier. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay an extra day. When I called them, again very last minute, they were so friendly and let us add an extra night with no problem at all. Both check-in and check-out were easy and went smoothly. We were pleased with both the property and the service. I would rent with them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs rental services.

  Overall, Sun Singer was an excellent value! The price point was fantastic and the view was great. Our biggest complaint is that the stove could stand to be upgraded. It took an outrageously long time to cook on it. The beds could also use an upgrade. We will definitely consider this rental again and will just be sure to bring a portable griddle to cook on.

  We had a wonderful long weekend experience. House is close to town for restaurants and shops; only about a 20 minute drive to the beach at Assateague. Tom's Cove Campground is in walking distance and was the site for the Oyster Festival. House was clean with plenty of room. Comfortable furniture, all implements in the kitchen you would need to cook a large meal. Decks looked onto the water with a nice crabbing pier and charcoal grill.

  Rental was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable. My only comment is I love spending morning and evening on the docks and there is only one small dock for the townhouses and it was mostly taken up by other residents so very little time was spent on the dock.

  We enjoyed our visit to Sun Singer and had a relaxing getaway. Overall the house was pretty clean, comfortable, had the amenities we needed, and we loved the view. Our only complaint is that carpet in the living room really needs a good deep cleaning or to be replaced as there are several large, questionable stains. Also, the small vacuum in the house does not work so we could not clean up after going in and out during our stay as we would have liked. The management company is always friendly and easy to work with.

  Haven't stayed at the beach in October for years; it's an entirely different experience. House was a little far out of town but that was okay. View out back lovely. Geese and birds were starting to gather on the islands in preparation for flying further south or just staying put. Small downsides: vacuum didn't work; tea kettle and toaster trashed; no working can opener. But all in all a very soothing stay -- away from work, computers and phones!

  We stayed for a month to get away from the city and absolutely loved our time here. The sunset over the water is breathtaking. Lots of nature to watch from the balcony. Comfortable for all. Clean. We were able to bike to ice cream. Only complaint is that I needed to mop the floor when we arrived (not sweep though!), but everything else was very clean and we were comfortable our whole stay. We will be back!

  This was a last minute trip for the Labor Day weekend. Sun Singer was a gem! It was very affordable and absolutely wonderful home. The home was VERY clean, well appointed and did I mention clean? The home did not look like a rental at all which was a pleasant surprise. The only "negative" if you will is that the televisions are smart tvs and we don't really subscribe to any streaming tv. Otherwise, it was a fantastic place and I look forward to reserving next year for our vacation.

  My family and I visited Chincoteague again and stayed at Sun Singer. The property was located down a bit from the main road but easy to get to. It was set up in a group of 5 townhomes. We met the neighbors/owners to the left of our house and they were very welcoming. This home was a great size for our family of four and a very affordable price. It included shared access to a dock for fishing, crabbing or kayaking which my daughter took advantage of. The home offered a great service with having freshly washed sheets and bath towels. One less thing to bring. Upon entering the home we also found they offered beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and toys. The kitchenware was a bit to be desired. Some ants on the counter and sand on the dining room chairs. The fridge handle was broken and duck taped on, but still managed to come off at times.The carpet in the living room had some unknown large stains on the rug. The couch was a plus with reclining seats! Bunkbed worked well for my kids. There is a back deck for outdoor eating and a charcoal grill. Overall the house was fine and we probably would go back. Thr management company was easy to work with making key pick up and drop off a breeze. Just hoping some things could be upgraded. Sometimes it's those special touches that can make your stay more memorable.
