Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Annick with our two grand children and our two daughters and our son. The nice view of the canal, the convenient divisions of the house, the appliances working well and the surroundings perfect for the boys to explore the nature were appreciated. The AC worked well with the really hot weather. To improve, may we suggest more space in the upper bedrooms for storing luggage like hooks and shelves.
  And we missed space for our grocery when we arrived. We had to squeeze objects on the shelves to store our food. Things to know before the arrival is the size of the bags for the trash can 40 liters or 13 gallons. And the conic filters for the coffee pot.Some kitchen tools were missing like a vegetable peeler and a cheese shredder but there are full of dishes and cutlery. We needed service at the start and they answered that on monday morning, not during the week-end

  We have stayed in several houses in Chincoteague and this was not the best. We are always on the water; we travel with a boat. The air conditioning didn't work at check-in and it took several days for them to get it working again. May be an issue when it gets warmer. There was very little furniture in the bedrooms - I thought a dresser would be standard. The beds were very hard my kids compared it to camp. The "good couch" and a small TV were not in the main living area - weird set up. No screened in porch was defiantly missed lots of bug dope or bites. Overall it was acceptable for the cheaper price but we won't be staying there next year.

  Villa Annick was rustic and charming. We have been vacationing in Chincoteague for 13 years and we have stayed at many houses on the island I would give this house a 7/10. I loved the location and water view. They could use a screened in porch. Outside shower did not work. It needs more ceiling fans. If you like a firm bed this is the place for you. The futon did not stay folded out flat if you need more sleeping arrangements. Overall it’s beautiful but some updates would be nice. Upstairs area good for kids ages 7 to 14. Beds were small and hard. I get that you don’t really need a TV at the beach but in the evening not everyone wants to watch one TV. THERE IS NO DISHWASHER.

  Beautiful location with a beautiful view from the upper deck. House is spacious and in a quiet area. A few things for owners to consider: kitchen area - no lids for pots and pans, limited supply of larger bowls amd nothing for cracking crabs although a steam pot is provided.
  Lower living room would be better equipped with a large screen TV mounted between the 2 sliders. House sleeps 8 but only 1 small TV in upper living room.
  
  Definitely would recommend though and I have used Harbour Rentals the last 3 times we have come down and they are prompt, courteous and awesome to work with.

  WE found that there could have been more cabinets in the kitchen. More cooking utinels Dryer filter was not cleaned for the long time. had to fix up stairs toilet was keep running. very nice location.

  Everything was really nice! We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and it was a well stocked home. It was peaceful and fun and really comfortable. Would stay here again!!!
