Very nice two bedroom home, tucked away for a quite getaway with views of the channel. Nice size back yard with deck. Within walking distance to Memorial Park and boat launch.. Please ask about our cancelation policy. Parking for 2 cars only. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's).   Overall we enjoyed our stay. Another ac should be placed in the 2nd bedroom. An outside shower and walkway into the home would be helpful to not get dirt/sand in the house. Beach was beautiful. Nice restaurants.

  We didn't need anything fancy. Yes it could use some updating but it was affordable, comfortable, and functional. We had no issues and really enjoyed our stay. Just a short drive to restaurants and the Nature Preserve. The neighbor we met was very friendly and he made our dog and us feel very welcome.

  Mae's Landing was ideal for our stay. It was just the right size for us and our dog, and the location was ideal. I highly recommend it. There are good restaurants within easy reach whether driving or walking, and the location is far enough from the center of town to guarantee a quiet stay and a good night's sleep. The nature preserves are no more than 15 minutes' drive from the cottage, which is great. The property itself was spotless and well maintained. We had no complaints whatsoever, and we'd be more than happy to come back for a return visit.

  Overall a cute place. No sharp knives had to cut an Italian bread with a cheese knife. Left the place cleaner than arrival, the air conditioner cover and old heater in floor were very dirty. The floors were not clean (cleaners) and the front storm door lock mechanism was hanging loosely by one screw when we arrived. We called the office, they said someone would be out but no one was. Great location, we loved the front deck and that the water was so close!
