Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

  Quite satisfied with the stay as the property is in town, nicely decorated and has been updated with modern flooring, new vanities and a pleasant teal theme in colors.
  
  The property was clean and well managed by the rental agency. We had to contact the agency twice and were pleased with the quick response to our needs.
  
  The light over the stove (located in the microwave did not function, a small matter).
  
  The second story has an issue with cooling as a window unit is in the master bedroom.

  It was a very nice place. Clean and quiet. In a very good location. Did see some damage to the ceiling in the kitchen , but had no problems reporting it same day as check in. Other than that very nice and acceptable place to stay.

  Loved this home. Harbour rental employees were very kind and wonderful to work with. The home was clean, comfortable and everything we needed.
  
  A few things I would recommend is putting a window AC unit in the smaller bedroom. I would also put more darkening blinds in the main bedroom. These are just personal preferences.
  
  Again, beautiful comfortable home that we felt safe and secure in. The neighbors were also great! The home is located near everything you need, and a short 5 minute drive to the beach!

  We had a lovely week vacation in this perfectly sized condo, The upstairs did get a little stuffy on the hot days but overall nice accommodations. Lots of games and comfortable living room. Loved the little patio out back to clean your feet off, hang your towels and secure your rental bikes at night. Great location and walking distance to bike rental, shopping and restaurants.

  Home was clean, modern and nicely furnished. Had ample plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc., and some cooking spices. It was also nicely decorated. The only issue I had is that the rooms upstairs remained a bit warm despite the air conditioner being on. My wife checked the air filter in the A/C unit and saw it was dirty, so she replaced it and left a few extras for the next renters. It seemed to help a bit with the warmth upstairs, but not entirely. For this reason, I am giving four stars.

  Very comfortable home for our trip with our family of four. The house is located a short walk or bike ride to the main "attraction" area of the island. The home was clean and provided all the main amenities we were looking for. I would recommend bringing a fan for the master bedroom as it gets a bit warm upstairs at night in the peak of the summer. There was a fan in the bedroom with the twin beds which helped keep our kids comfortable. We appreciated the night lights throughout the home to make navigating in the dark at night easier and to keep the monsters under the bed away for the kids. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the island.
