  The upstairs AC needs a fix - it is VERY hot upstairs compared to downstairs. No lights worked in the living room. I am happy to change bulbs but no spares were anywhere to be found. Also, a bin for ice is needed in the freezer. Lastly, the woman who kept asking where we are staying and "guarding" the pool got to be very annoying. Perhaps dedicated pool tags per unit would help.

  We loved everything about this place. Clean, spacious enough for us, inviting. The pool was great and the dock to try our hand at crabbing was fun too. It was a great view of the lighthouse and a great location near enough to everything but just far enough away. Will be back!

  Although we weren't here for a vacation, we appreciated this place when we we had to move out of our own home for a few days while some repairs were being made. It was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. Nice location looking out to Assateague and the lighthouse.

  Blue Diamond was a spacious nice condo with a community pool. Loved the layout and size of the place. The only problem was the beds. All of the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable and made getting a good nights sleep hard. Other than that it was a great affordable place!

  Our family has been vacationing on the island for 8 years and we have stayed in a couple different rentals, this property description and pictures were spot on; great location and views from the pool. Our only minor complaints were the upstairs was hot, we stayed here in August but even the evening/nights were still hot in the upstairs. And, the kitchen cupboards where the dishes and utensils are kept were very musty/moldy smelling, which after a week of us opening and shutting them made the downstairs smell. Not sure if that is from people putting dishes away wet, we didn’t actually see mold but the smell was very strong. Other then that, in general the rental was clean.

  The rental experience was fine. The house was clean enough but not spotless. The mattresses were all uncomfortable. The stove burners kept coming off. And there was a large hump in the floor from the dining room to kitchen that we were all tripping over constantly. Overall it was a decent place for a good price. Excellent wifi! And we will likely rent again.

  The place was as advertised and a very good for the price we paid. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, the carpet looks very used but it's probably hard to keep a light colored carpet clean. The location was nice and quiet, a bike ride from the center, the pool lots of fun and all in all a great place to stay.

  The blue diamond accommodations were exceptional for us. The only concern was a broken television in the bunkroom. We notified personnel and they said it was broken prior to our stay. The scenic view of the marsh and lighthouse was amazing. We look forward to returning to this house.
