Outside decks, fishing table & boat mooring. 2 car garage available for your use, fish table and dock all a step away. Linens and towels are provided. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's).

    We were very pleased with our stay at Bays Landing. We were pleasantly surprised with some extras like beach chairs and a crab trap. Lovely sitting outside in the evening looking across to the town of Chincoteague.

    Nice location to stay at. We could sit out on the balcony in the evenings and listen to music across the channel and watch the activities going on in town. The place is clean and organized with plenty of amenities added. The only downside is if you want to dock a boat it is extremely shallow exposing a sandbar at low tide.
