Description : Lovely and open 3-bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo close to Town & shopping. Waterfront relaxation at its finest. Primary bedroom leads out to deck and has double closets, private bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, keurig coffee maker & blender. This condo sleeps 6 with pack and play in closet. 3 TV's and linen and towels provided. Community Pool and Exercise Room. Fantastic sunsets and salt breezes from your waterfront balcony. Boat slip available to rent with this unit. Pack & play in closet area if needed. No Smoking. No Pets.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Boat Slip can be rented for additional $ 100 per stay.

  Unit 201 of Sunset Bay Villas overlooks the Sewage Plant & Coast Guard Station: the 1st was very loud, on & off at night, & the USCG had lights, horns & operations going on at night-- due to Pony Week duties?? We didn't get much sleep, with sheer curtains. I also had to search every closet & cabinet for towels, only to find out that they shorted us one bath towel for the 6 of us, even though HR told us that day there would be 6 sets. The Keurig coffee maker didn't work and tge renter before us left the master bedroom window unlocked-- so during a rainstorm, water leaked onto the curtain & rug. Otherwise, decorated pretty & lovely balcony.

  We had another great week at Rachel’s Retreat. Our 11th year staying there! Liked some of the enhancements with Harbor Rental, such as linen service. Wish there were more towels per person. Miss the towel closet! New rug needs a little better securing (trip hazard). Otherwise everything was wonderful! Harbor Rental was quick to remedy an appliance issue and we were very appreciative! Great job Harbor Rental Team! Thank you for everything!!
