Delightful Traditional home meets shabby chic interior. Painted floors, bright colors this home is a real feel-good home. All in great condition this 3-bedroom, 2 bath home with super large screened in porch, fenced in back yard with fire pit. Off the living area is a first level sleeping area with queen bed, upstairs is 2 additional bedrooms, full bathroom and washer, dryer. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom and 3rd room has twin and double bunks. Linens included this home located very close to town and shopping. No pets, no smoking. Outside cameras.

2026 Prime Season Rates; $ 1603 per week/ $ 229 per night 7 night minimum
2026 Off Season Rates: $ 1400 per week / $ 200 per night 3 night minimum

Cancelation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

  we were excited to try a new location as our previous location of many years was not available. we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and overall condition of the house for the price. i'm all for DIY fixes, but if you are going to rent it, then they should be good. the exhaust fan in the downstairs bathroom as well as the kitchen didn't work, there were many cracks in the walls, and overall, just dingy and dirt in all the corners and cracks, there was garbage behind the door in the downstairs bathroom, the washer had mold around the rubber seals, the mattress in the downstairs bedroom was terrible, etc. there were ants which the rental agency did deliver ant bait for, but they were still there upon our departure. again, just expected more the for the price we were paying, have stayed in less expensive homes that were far nicer. the outside screened in porch was lovely and we spent a good bit of time there in the evenings. we spend most of our time on the beach, so we mostly sleep in the rental, but had higher expectations base on the description and photos.

  We had a great time on this property. The place is so cute. The outside is a perfect 10 out of 10. Inside was a little scary when we first walked in as the kitchen ceiling looks like it is going to cave in at any moment. the floor is also very uneven all through out the first floor
